The equivalent documents to "DAYS FOR HOISTING FLAGS ON BUILDINGS OF THE SCOTTISH GOVERNMENT 2019" for each year from 2014? Also, please could you supply information on any requests made for flags to fly originating from outside Scottish government since January 2015, except ones to do with royal births, birthdays or marriages: which were put forward, by which organisations and which ones proposed were accepted?
