Information requested
"any records you hold, including any records made of meetings or conversations, of exchanges between officials about the content of any material submitted by EKOS Ltd under its contract to undertake an analysis of the 2019 consultation on the Gender Representation on Public Boards (Scotland) Act 2018, and any documents which record any discussion of the timing of the publication of the consultation analysis report, whether involving officials or Ministers."
Response
I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemption under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA applies. This is because this is personal information, relating to employees of the Scottish Government and EKOS Ltd.
