You asked for:

The period of 2018-2019 - (or 2019-2020) can you please reveal the total sum of money provided by the Scottish Government or bodies within the Scottish Government (such as BSD) to LABSS (Local Authority Building Standards Scotland).

Response

In 2018 - 2019 - BSD paid a LABSS consultant £16,300 to provide BSD with Data Research for Resource and Training needs, Collection and Collation, Analysis and Final Report.

In 2019 - 2020 - BSD paid LABSS £5000 to support the National Building Standards Performance Excellence Awards and Building Standards Community and Building Safety Awards at LABSS Annual General Meeting in May 2020.
