Further to your application to the Scottish Information Commissioner regarding your request reference 2020000014909, for the content of all WhatsApp messages in the group used by the Minister for Children and Young People and her private office, I am writing to advise you that we have now given further consideration to the information held in relation to your request.
I can confirm that we have reconsidered the information previously withheld as being out of scope of your request, and have determined that some of this information can now be disclosed, and a copy of this information is attached as a pdf (Annex A). However, some information is being withheld because an exception under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA (personal information) applies, for the reasons given in our response dated 13 August 2020
