You asked in relation to infected blood support "Since Friday 13th December how many engagements have you had from the Cabinet Office, HM Treasury regarding the “urgent” “priority” to “unite and level up the UK” with regards to the request to address financial disparity?"

Response

The answer to your question is: As at the date of your request, the Scottish Government hadn't had any engagement with the Cabinet Office or HM Treasury in relation to financial support across the UK infected blood schemes.

Since your request, Scottish Government officials have had a discussion with the Cabinet Office by conference call to discuss financial support across the UK and the Infected Blood Inquiry.
