Information requested
How many chauffeur cars the Scottish Government has used in 2019 and how many were in Diesel cars.
Response
The answer to your question is during 2019 the Government Car Service (Scotland) covered 9142 journeys in chauffeur cars.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some the information you have requested. The reasons why we don't have the information is explained below.
The Scottish Government does not have the information you have asked for relating to the number of journeys in diesel cars, as we do not hold complete data on vehicle type used for each journey.
This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested.
