Response
Further to my letter of 02 December 2019, I have now completed my review of our response to your request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) for information pertaining to the recommendation to the DFM regarding further analysis of SQA exam results from 2019. I have concluded that a different decision should be substituted and the information requested should be released without exemptions. I enclose a copy of the information you requested without redactions.
You noted that Template C seemed to be missing from the original response. I have reviewed the material and can confirm that Template C was omitted in error. I apologise for this oversight, and enclose a revised version of enclosure 1, including Template C, with this correspondence.
