Getting It Right For Every Child (GIRFEC) Stakeholder Meeting: FOI release

Information requested
You asked for "minutes/notes of the GIRFEC 3rd and Independent Sector Stakeholder Meeting of 30th May 2019 and all associated papers and documents relevant to that meeting."
Response
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide a copy of the most recent GIRFEC 3rd and Independent Sector meeting minutes which you have requested because an exemption(s) under section 27(1) of FOISA applies to that information.
Application of S27(1) means that the Scottish Government does not have to provide this information if its intention is to publish the requested documentation within the next 12 weeks, but only if it is reasonable to delay disclosing the information until the planned date of publication.
The reason this exemption applies is because it is already the intention of the Scottish Government to publish the minutes of this meeting. Once the minute is completed and approved by the members of the meeting, we intend to publish it online, as we are in the process currently of developing a website to house the minutes of our stakeholder meetings.
We consider that it is reasonable to delay disclosure as the minute is currently in draft form and must be reviewed and approved by the members of the group.
With regards to the associated papers, we are able to provide these now.
The UNCRC news release is subject to an exemption under section 25(a) of FOISA. Under section 25(1) if FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you.

The further documents are attached at annexes A and B, for your attention. An exemption(s) under section(s) 38(1)(b) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested. This section protects third party personal data from disclosure and, as such, personal details have been removed from Annex A.
