The answer to your question is:

All 32 councils in Scotland have so far received £50,000 each to help prepare for Brexit.  No individual council has applied for funding separately, with requests being made jointly through and by COSLA.  The £50,000 (£1.6 million in total) was made as a consequence of such a request.   No further business cases have yet been received.
