Does the Equality Funding awarded under the protected characteristic of Gender, as detailed here:

https://www.gov.scot/publications/equality-national-intermediary-bodies-funding-2017-2020/ have eligibility criteria requiring applicants to have a transgender inclusive policy for their organisation? If so, does this policy have to be transwomen inclusive?

Response

Equality Funding for national and intermediary bodies does not require applicants to submit a transgender inclusion policy.
