REASONS FOR NOT PROVIDING INFORMATION

The Scottish Government does not have the information

Section 17(1) of FOISA (information not held) requires the Scottish Government to notify you if it does not have the information you requested.  

The Community Links programmed is administered by Sustrans Scotland. While we receive regular reports on the performance of the Community Links fund, these reports do not contain a breakdown of the £36 million committed to Community Links in 2018/19 broken down by Scottish parliamentary region.

This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested.
