Your information request referenced the answer provided to a previous request (FoI/19/00606) and asked “as of 9th April 2019 what is the current status of the remaining £5m that had yet to be drawn down by the Company since the FOI request of 4th March 2019?”.

Response

As of 9 April 2019 the full value of the £30 million commercial loan facility provided by Scottish Ministers to the Company (Ferguson Marine Engineering Limited) had been drawn down.
