You asked for The current total of all Livestock Associated MRSA cases detected in livestock in Scotland since Jan 2013. For each case, the clonal complex, eg LA MRSA CC 398, the species involved eg pigs, pheasants, cattle etc , and - if held - the numbers of animals involved.

The answer to your question is:

 

One case of Livestock Associated MRSA has been detected in Scotland since January 2013. The clonal complex was CC 398. The species involved was a pheasant, and the organism was detected in the liver and spleen, in June 2017.

The data held is reflective of isolates which have been reported during the relevant period.
