Information requested
You asked for “the advice notes that the Disability and Carers Benefits Expert Advisory Group (DACBEAG) supplied to the Government which it has used to inform it policy positions in the Social Security Position Papers and the Social Security: A Consultation on Disability Assistance in Scotland”. You have specifically asked for the advice notes used to inform the following policy areas:
automatic entitlement of Disability Assistance
duration of Disability Awards
the evidence base for policy decisions
suitably qualified assessors, Case Managers and relevant training
