You asked if the Scottish FA receive any funding from the public purse. You also asked if, the Scottish FA are covered by the Freedom of Information Act?
 
Response
 
The Scottish FA receives Scottish Government funding for football participation and development of the game via sportscotland. The Scottish FA also receive funding via the Cashback for Communities programme - more information can be found at cashbackforcommunities.org.
