All correspondence between the Scottish Government and the Scottish Professional Football League (SPFL) regarding the SPFL grading assessment rules relating to fan behaviour at football matches from 1st July 2017 to the morning of 30th November 2018.
I write following the Scottish Information Commissioner’s Decision 087/2020 in relation to your request for “details of all correspondence between the Scottish Government and the Scottish Professional Football League (SPFL) regarding the SPFL grading assessment rules relating to fan behaviour at football matches from 1st July 2017 to this morning 30th November. I would also be grateful for a copy of any ‘end of season’ report prepared by the SPFL on this subject which has been sent to Scottish Ministers during 2018.”
Please find attached the relevant material which is in full compliance with the Decision. Please note that the table starting on page 11 contained a total of 99 Level 1 incidents with the incident type N/A. We have removed all of the data within the table relating to those entries, however due to formatting issues, only some of the entries have been removed in their entirety, and therefore the blank rows remaining in the table all relate to level 1 N/A incidents. Some additional information has been withheld under section 36(2) in the aforementioned table within each of the columns titled “Competition”, “Match Date”, “Home” and “Away”.
