You made the following request for information:
 
Over the last five years how many participants which have applied to your organisation under the guaranteed interview scheme have been offered employment. IE number of jobs with a disabled application for the advertised position under the guaranteed interview scheme relative to the number of disabled application under the guaranteed interview scheme that were offered employment.

The information you have requested is provided in the table below. Please note the following when referring to this data:
 
The data is provided for external applicants to the core Scottish Government as a guaranteed interview is claimed as part of the external recruitment process. Therefore these figures do not include those who joined the SG through transfer from other government departments or on a fixed term appointment.
 
The last five years has been taken to mean the last five complete calendar years. 
 
Guaranteed interview status is not necessarily representative of disability status. A guaranteed interview can be requested by candidates when they apply. This is at the discretion of applicants and is separate to disability status. A guaranteed interview could be requested without having to disclose disability status, equally an applicant could qualify for a guaranteed interview and not claim it. 

 

In order to provide context figures have been included for both those who have and have not claimed a guaranteed interview.
