Transport Minister Michael Matheson meeting stakeholders in relation to the Transport Bill: FOI release

You wrote to us on 15 November to request “a list of all the meetings that the new Transport Minister Michael Matheson MSP has had with stakeholders relating to the Transport Bill, since he came into office in June 2018” under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA).

For the purposes of your request we have set the parameters of this Freedom of Information request to meetings with stakeholders which either a) the Transport (Scotland) Bill was the reason for the meeting or b) the Transport (Scotland) Bill was on the agenda for the meeting from the outset since 28 June 2018 until the date of your request, 15 November 2018.

As per this request please see below a list of meetings between stakeholders and the Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure and Connectivity to discuss the Transport (Scotland) Bill:

Please note that the Cabinet Secretary meets with a broad range of stakeholders regularly to discuss a wide variety of matters within his portfolio, which may include the Transport (Scotland) Bill. As the Bill may not have been the specific purpose of a meeting or discussion, this list is not exhaustive.
