The number of times customers have applied for a “Delay, Repay” voucher in each of the past three calendar years.
 
The number of times “Delay, Repay” vouchers have been issued to travellers between Perth and Edinburgh, Perth and Glasgow and Perth and Inverness in each of the past three calendar years.

The number of times customers have applied for a “Delay, Repay” voucher in each of the past three calendar years.
 
This information is captured through Rail Industry 4 week periods rather than calendar months and run from 1 April to end of March. For background the railway industry has 13 reporting periods of 4 weeks, with it being normal for the 13th period being adjusted as required to take account of 365 days in the year, or 366 in the case of a leap year.
