The answer to your question is:

As at the end of 5 November 2018, 204 Scottish Infected Blood Support Scheme (SIBSS) beneficiaries had applied.

Of those, 113 applicants self categorised as being severely affected, 64 applicants self categorised as being moderately affected and 27 applicants self categorised as not noticeabley affected on a day to day basis by hepatitis c.
