- A copy of the recent Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Prisons Standard Report on HMP Perth;
- A copy of the recent Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Prisons Evidence Report on HMP Perth; and
- A copy of the Scottish Prison Service Risk Management Team Operational Procedures for the progression of prisoners.
I enclose a copy of Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Prisons (Scotland) Summary and Evidence Inspection report of HMP Perth which provides the information you have requested.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not hold the the information you have requested on the Scottish Prison Service Risk Management Team Operational Procedures for the progression of prisoners.
