1. Please set out the total amount recovered (or which has been communicated as going to be recovered as a result of non-compliance) from ERDF recipients for non-compliance / ERDF irregularities in the 2014-2020 programme.
2. Please set out the details of the 10 highest recoveries including name of ERDF recipient, value of clawback and nature of non-compliance.
The answer to your question is fully detailed in the attached document (Annex 1). It contains all irregular amounts recovered and/or due to be recovered as a result of non-compliance. This is for all recipients of the European Regional Development Fund approved under the 2014 – 2020 European Structural and Investment Fund programme.
Annex 1 also provides the name of the recipient, the value of grant to be recovered, and nature of the non-compliance.
