  2. Details of who made the decision to involve the core Scottish Government’s Digital Transformation Service in Disclosure Scotland’s project. Information should include any relevant correspondence surrounding that decision.

  1. The core Scottish Government’s Digital Transformation Service began working with Disclosure Scotland on 4 April 2016.
  2. The decision was taken by Disclosure Scotland’s Programme Director, Gerald McLafferty, on behalf the Accountable Officer, Norman Egan.
