You asked for:

1. Any secondments in the last three years from the core Scottish Government or another department in the Scottish Government to Disclosure Scotland. 

2. Any employees who transferred from the core Scottish Government to Disclosure Scotland.

The answer to your question is: 

1. Secondments are regarded as transfers with organisations out with the Civil Service and therefore the answer is 0.

2. We cannot provide you with details which could identify any individuals. However, we are able to provide you with the numbers of transfers and these are detailed below. 

216  employees have transferred from core Scottish Government to Disclosure Scotland since September 2015.
