Details of (then) Minister for UK Negotiations on Scotland’s Place in Europe, Michael Russell MSP’s, visit to ‘Loch Fyne/Oyster Bar’ as detailed in the ‘car journeys’ section of the Scottish Government’s Ministerial engagements, travel and gifts: April 2018, and how this related to Scottish Government business and Mr Russell’s ministerial portfolio, including the reason for the visit, who Mr Russell met with and any note of what they discussed.

Response
 

The Government Car Service is available for the use of Ministers and Cabinet Secretaries for travel to and/or from Government business. Mr Russell used the Government Car Service on 23 April to take him from Loch Fyne to his Edinburgh address for the start of the Parliamentary week.
