What is are the sanctions that can be applied to the statutory body responsible for delivering the duty under the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968, Section 12 (1) if the provisions detailed are not delivered.

The answer to your question is:

If a statutory body does not fulfil its obligations under Section 12(1) of the Social Work Scotland Act 1968, it is possible to ask the court to make an order requiring it to do so.
