You asked for the percentage of reviews carried out at stage one and stage two of the appeals procedure which overturn the original decision.

Response

I enclose all of the information you requested on reviews since the current appeals system started in 2009 and now under Rural Payments (Appeals) (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

6.3% of cases have been overturned at stage one 8.9% of cases have been overturned at stage two.
