DECISION BY SCOTTISH INFORMATION COMMISSIONER (121/2019)
I refer to the above decision by the Scottish Information Commissioner. As you will be aware, the Commissioner did not uphold certain of our arguments about why information was exempt, and he ordered us to disclose that further information to you.
Accordingly, I enclose fresh copies of Documents 7, 9(1) and 18 which disclose the information identified by the Scottish Information Commissioner.
