‘Details of the health and safety incidents recorded at Transport Scotland's Buchanan House since 2014/15’.
Response
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Transport Scotland does not hold some of the information you have requested, holding no ‘incident specific’ information older than 1 March 2017.
However, please see Annex A, which is an extract of information from Transport Scotland’s Health & Safety Annual Report relatng to Buchanan House as per your request. The information prior to March 2017 is not necessarily specific to Buchanan House, but Transport Scotland as an Agency. Annexe B outlines all Buchanan House related incidents since March 2017.
