Details of the Scottish Government job share policy including the reasons for and against a job share.
Response
The answer to your question is we have a Flexible Working policy which includes a short paragraph on job share. All of our flexible working arrangements are agreed in discussion between employees and their line managers. I attach a copy of the relevant paragraphs of our policy at annex A.
