Information requested
a) All correspondence, between the then Cabinet Minister for Justice, Mr Matheson, and Deputy First Minister and the then Cabinet Minister of Finance, Mr Swinney, or any Scottish Government officials, acting on their behalf, and Phil Fairlie and or Andy Hogg from The Prison Officers Association (Scotland) relating to all meetings between the above since Jan 2012 in relation to the Scottish Prison Service Operational Staff Allowances or personal/exceptional Payments?; and
b) A detailed itinerary of all meetings, calls, correspondence between the then Cabinet Ministers and representatives from the Prison Officers Association (Scotland).
