I am writing with the formal response to your request.
Annex A details all performance deductions from Contract Year 1 to Contract Year 6 of the Public Service Contract between Scottish Ministers and Argyll Ferries Ltd.
I can confirm that these deductions were deducted from subsidy payments and also confirm that additional subsidy payments were not made available to compensate for these performance deductions.
