Information on disposals for offences with a domestic aggravator recorded broken down by age, gender and location for 2016-17.

Information on prosecutions, convictions and disposals is provided in the attached excel workbook.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have data on people accused or charged and would suggest you contact Police Scotland and the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service for that level of information.
