'Any recorded cost, estimated or actual, of refreshments /entertainment / hospitality provided at Bute House for members of the Scottish Government or guests – in the last three financial years.'

Response

The answer to your question is as follows:

Costs in 2015/16 - £15,374.34 (which includes £500 for entertainment)
Costs in 2016/17 - £7,870.57
Costs in 2017/18 - £6,818.57

These costs relate to a range of events, such as receptions for YoungScot, Autism Awareness and Beyond Borders, children's Christmas parties and media receptions.

Guest lists for events at Bute House are proactively published on the Scottish Government website.
