What paternity leave is offered to your employees?

Response

The answer to your question is that paternity leave is available for up to four weeks, subject to multiple weeks being taken consecutively. Staff must have been employed for at least 26 weeks by the end of the 15th week before the expected week of childbirth or by the end of the week in which an adopter is notified of a match as paternity leave is also available when adopting a child.
