Out of the 443 [people who were infected with Hepatitis C and / or HIV and who are registered with the Scottish Infected Blood Support Scheme] how many of those are Haemophiliacs?

The answer to your question is, according to data as at 16 February 2018, from the 443 people infected and registered with the Scottish Infected Blood Support Scheme, there are 159 people who have an inherited bleeding disorder.
