Response
I enclose a copy of all of the information you have requested.
Please note, each year, SAAS pays discretionary funds to colleges and universities, on behalf of the Scottish Government, to distribute to higher education students in financial need. At the end of the academic year, the institutions are required to complete returns detailing how much money was distributed and how many students applied for and benefited from the funds. The returns are then submitted to SAAS and have been used to provide you with the information requested for academic sessions 2014-2015, 2015-2016 and 2016-2017.
