Copies of the minutes of the meetings of the working group developing the new National Guidance for Licensing Boards and Local Authorities.

I have attached copies of the information you requested to this email.

Please note that the names of representatives in the working group are included within the minutes.

Work on the sections for licensing policy statements, and overprovision, is largely complete, and we would hope to be able to issue these to Boards on an informal basis very soon. There is also ongoing work on the remainder of the guidance, so over the next few months, we would hope to complete an update of the overall guidance, and then move to issue on a statutory basis.
