With regards to the catchment under the control of RCFMT, 34 water bailiff warrants were issued in the relevant period.

B) Over the period concerned the following number of warrants have been issued per association or club:

UCAPA – 6

A further 12 which are not specifically identified.

C) No warrants were issued in the relevant period subject to geographical limitations.

D) Our records show that one warrant issued by the Scottish Ministers was withdrawn by RCFMT who made Scottish Ministers aware of the decision. The warrant was revoked due to reported concerns regarding an incident that occurred at the Bridge of Weir angling club.
