Response
My understanding from your request is that I believe that you are referring to the Customer Experience Sessions that took place during January 2015 which you took part in. These sessions looked at a number of areas of the customer facing part of the RP&S site to understand insights such as understanding key processes, functionality and visual hierarchy. You have not been specific in what you have asked and therefore I have attached the Agriculture Futures Programme Usability Testing Report, which I think you will want as it is the outcome of the activities you took part in.
Please let me know if this does not cover the information you require and if so please be specific about any further information you require and I will endeavor to provide. When we receive this further information from you we will be able to respond to your request, in accordance with FOISA, within 20 working days of when we receive that information.
If you wish to discuss any of the above, please contact me. You may also find it helpful to look at the Scottish Information Commissioner's 'Tips for requesting information under FOI and the EIRs' on her website at: http://www.itspublicknowledge.info/YourRights/Tipsforrequesters.aspx.
