Details of the contract and negotiations between the NHS and Dolby Vivisol.

I have assumed that your request relates to the provision of oxygen to the NHS, and that you are seeking the information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA).
I should explain that contracts of the kind you are interested in are generally negotiated directly by Health Boards, with support from NHS National Procurement; and I understand that the contract in question was most recently awarded to Dolby Vivisol in 2015. As such, I would advise that you may wish to contact NHS National Services Scotland for more information about that particular tender exercise. I can advise, however, that the Scottish Government holds some documents that contain limited information relating to the award of the contract in 2015, and I attach them here as an annex to this letter. Some information has been redacted from the attached documents as it is outside the scope of your request.
