Information requested and response

Further to my letter of 31 July 2017, I have now completed my review of our response to your request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) to see the five successful applicants submissions for the FRAMEWORK FOR THE PROVISION OF DIGITAL MARKETING SERVICES SP-16-010.

I have concluded that the original decision should be confirmed, with modifications.

In the original response letter dated 27 July 2017 the documents requested had been redacted due to exemptions applying under section 33(1)(b) (Commercial Interests) and section 38(1)(b) (Personal Information) of FOISA. However, it is my view that not all of the information redacted fell within these exemptions.

New versions of these documents have been produced but due to file size will be sent in five separate emails.

(Included here, please see below.)
