Information requested

Please can you provide punctuality figures for the 07:42 Scotrail service from Hillfoot (HLF) to Glasgow Central (GLC) for working days in the past 12 months.

This train is a crucial commuter service, and is regularly cancelled or severley disrupted.

Response

Each day, over 2,300 train services are run in Scotland. Transport Scotland receives regular performance reports from ScotRail, both daily and every four weeks, as to how well ScotRail's trains run on time. Transport Scotland does not have the information you have asked for because Scotrail, while it provides information on performance to Transport Scotland on a sector level, does not provide data for each individual service.

This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that Transport Scotland does not have the information you have requested.
