Fiscal framework data annex following the Scottish Budget 2026 to 2027 in February 2026.

This updated fiscal framework data annex provides up to date forecasts, block grant adjustments, outturn and reconciliations from fiscal events, with the most recent update coming from the Scottish Budget 2026 to 2027 in February 2026. 

Since the last update in December 2024, data has been added for the newly devolved Scottish Aggregates Tax. Winter Fuel Payment Tax Recovery BGAs are also now included in the Winter Fuel Payment section.
