A series of papers to help answer common questions arising about elements of the Redress Bill.
The Bill seeks to create a redress scheme that is fair and transparent to survivors in both its processes and its outcomes. The Bill will establish Redress Scotland, a new organisation independent of Government, to make decisions on redress applications.
There is more information available on the Bill and the parliamentary process in the information notes.
The Bill and accompanying documents are published on the website of the Scottish Parliament.
