Please identify by job title/position all those who authorised the 87k bonus payments as identified by the auditor general.

Response

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have the information you have asked for because authorisation came from the Ferguson Marine Port Glasgow Renumeration Committee, not the Scottish Government.

This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested.
