Ferguson Marine Risk Register on Hull 801 and 802: FOI release

Information requested
The Ferguson Marine Risk Register detail in relation to the August update of the progress on the work on Hull 801 and 802 at Ferguson Marine. This was omitted in August after being published in previous updates.

I enclose copy of the information you requested in relation to Ferguson Marine Port Glasgow Risk Register part of the monthly progress updates.
Please be advised that we are unable to provide some information you requested because exemptions under sections 33(1)(b) and 36(1) Section 38(1)(b) of FOISA apply to that information. The reasons why the exemptions apply are explained in the Annex to this letter.
