Items and actions
Glen Sannox – deployment/warranty updates
Vessel performance updates
CalMac confirmed the vessel is operating well.
Post delivery works
Outstanding works on the gypsy’s and classified items are scheduled for 24 February where the vessel will be taken out of service. The gypsy’s were surveyed by FMPG and transferred to the yard, no issues were identified.
Warranty items/process update
CalMac confirmed they’re content with the process of raising items under warranty, FMPG have been supporting CalMac through the process.
Some spares from Glen Rosa were being used for Glen Sannox. FMPG provided reassurance this will not cause a delay to delivery. FMPG are content on the basis of the parts being controlled and a lead time being provided.
An issue arose with the toilet systems while the vessel was in service. FMPG, CMAL and CalMac are aware of this and a plan is underway to resolve.
The ovens have shown fault codes while in service. A service engineer is scheduled for 20 February to resolve. CMAL have requested the codes from FMPG so this can be fixed internally.

Glen Rosa – delivery and deployment
GR delivery programme update
The schedule for 802 has been developed and is scheduled to be presented to senior management at FMPG. Supporting documents will explain how the project team have come to the conclusion they have provided. FMPG will then need to go through their internal governance routes for approval before being shared with the group.
Lessons learned was progressing, champions have been identified and areas were listed for where lessons learned have been applied. FMPG are developing a template on how to measure the benefits from a costs, schedule, quality and safety perspective. FMPG will review the list of non-conformities from Glen Sannox to understand what can be applied.
CalMac suggested a lessons learned exercise on handover to better understand each organisations role. FMPG agreed to take this forward.
SG requested the lessons learned to involve an understanding of post completion and warranty works to ensure lawyers have more time to review.
