Justification with process and procedure needed from JP for SG to take this forward to ministers – input needed from CalMac on an operational end.

CMAL need to discuss this further with CalMac – for the capital spares / operational spares.

The need to have a warranty engineer on board as part of the handover process isn’t contractual but is normal practice. SG have requested that a quote from FMPG is needed for CalMac to progress with this. JP to take this ahead for next week.
Process and implementation will need to be drawn up between CMAL and FMPG and a document drawn up to set out the warranty.

Hot topics

LNG
FMPG noted that the last couple of weeks the progress has been very good and work remains ongoing here.
Final welds have been completed (only 1 remaining for testing purposes).
Pressure testing tanks phase of LNG work has now begun.

Any other business

[REDACTED] noted that the CalMac crew have been great “helping at every turn” and to pass on thanks to the crew.
Comms group of FMPG/TS/SG and CalMac to consider comms for handover.
