A021
Certificates to be given at handover. Work remains ongoing.
MCA can carry out work in final 4 weeks.
All equipment needs to have 12 months of certification at handover.

The OOR’s post handover will be required to be costed and processed once vessel is deliver – approximate value required for SG and TS consider financial process.

Not all Spares have yet been purchased - CalMac to continue to pull together crew and spares costs for CMAL to complete this action – managed separately at project level.

Three warranty engineers identified to work on shifts instead of one individual. Proposal / business case to be given to SG from CMAL.

SG to send comments of process sent from CMAL setting out what it means for SG. Plan to be developed. First dry-dock will be used to determine any jobs needing done.

Hot topics
Compartment completion – pie-charts to display compartment closure needs to be developed and shared.
Systems needs to be finished - engine rooms cleaned, water tanks cleaned this weekend (this remains biggest risk to delivery).
Actions for CalMac who are absent from meeting:
Master and chief (acceptance trials) – CalMac working with CMAL over liability for acceptance trials and separation of responsibility between CMAL and CalMac will be drawn up including risk and impact.
Shakedown plan - CalMac to provide the detail of the shakedown plan showing the opportunity to reduce activity, together with highlighting any items that can be progressed prior to handover and any requirements that they have on the yard to assist with this – to be completed by 09 July.
LNG – FMPG have identified staff to keep a 24hr watch of the system.
